Return & Refund Policy
We want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.
I. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns due to non-quality issues (such as wrong size, color, or change of mind) are accepted, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover all related shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
II. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1.Contact our customer support team at sales@gzzprem.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.Provide your order number, clear photos of the item, and the reason for return or exchange.
3.Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required forms.
4.Send the item back within 7 days after receiving return approval.
III. Processing & Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
IV. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Customized or personalized items
Underwear, swimwear, and other hygienic items (unless defective)
V. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted)
Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
